Cardio Boxing

Our Cardio Boxing class focuses on toning and burning fat while practicing proper boxing skills. This popular program offers the opportunity to work all of your muscles for a challenging but fun one hour workout! You will be very glad that you did.

Mud Run Conditioning

Mud Run Conditioning is designed to condition your body for obstacle course style races such as the Tough Mudder and Spartan Race. This hour long class includes running for mileage and obstacles such as monkey bars, climbing over a berlin wall and other challenges!

The Playground

The GORUCK Training is designed to condition your body for the endurance based events all wearing a rucksack. This hour long training involves many endurance exercises such as running, push-ups, jumping, weights and so much more. It is fun, and challenging!
